1. Who we are. This policy covers "Tahlil Bot", an internal marketing tool of Imzo Madad (doors and windows, Andijan region, Uzbekistan). The app is used only by our own marketing team.

2. Data we process.

• Public data of public Instagram Business/Creator accounts (follower counts, posts, like and comment counts), obtained only through Meta's official APIs.
• Insights of our own Instagram account and Facebook Page (reach, views, etc.).
• Messages sent to us via Instagram Direct by customers, and the name and phone number they choose to share.
• Results of our own ad campaigns.

3. Purpose. Marketing analytics, content planning, measuring ad performance, and replying to customers who contact us.

4. Storage and sharing. Data is stored securely, is never sold and is not shared with third parties, except service providers strictly needed to operate the tool (e.g. data processing services).

5. Retention. Customer inquiries are kept for up to 12 months; statistics are kept as long as needed for analysis.

6. Data deletion. To request deletion of your data, send a Direct message to @imzo_and on Instagram or call +998 94 599 00 00. Requests are completed within 30 days.
